Returns Policy

Because we are a small boutique, we offer store credit or exchange for full price apparel only.  The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.  Sale items will not be accepted for return

To start a return please email bestiesonthego@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond with further instructions on how and where to ship your return. Tracking is highly recommended as we are unable to issue credit for lost packages. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged and we will do our best to resolve it. Please use a secure ship-to address as once a package has been scanned as delivered, we are unable to issue a credit or replacement for lost or stolen packages.
